Annual dues are calculated on the worldwide "analytical and life science systems" revenues for the most recent business year of each member, its divisions, affiliates, and subsidiaries.
Members that are the U.S.A. operation of an overseas-based parent corporation pay dues calculated on a combination of: (1) their sales of analytical and life science systems in the U.S., and (2) their export sales of analytical and life science systems manufactured in the U.S.
A member's analytical and life science systems business consists of the manufacture and supply of analytical and life science systems used for analysis and measurement in life science and chemistry applications, including:
