Hitachi High Technologies America consists of several divisions in the high tech sector including semiconductor manufacturing, electron microscope sales and service, and many products for life science. We are a part of the global Hitachi High Technologies which in turn is part of Hitachi, Ltd., Tokyo. The Life Science Group produces DNA Sequencers distributed by Applied Biosystems and Blood Chemistry Analyzers distributed by Roche Diagnostics. In addition, we produce and market directly to end users in the United States a number of analytical instruments for life science applications. These include High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry instrumentation.
