ALSSA's Service Executives Meetings are held semi-annually
and are directed to senior management with service/support
responsibilities, including VPs of service and operations,
directors of instrument and software support, global services
business and marketing managers, as well as top management
interested in developing their service business. The meetings
feature presentations from experienced and knowledgeable
speakers and roundtable discussions. In addition, the meetings
offer opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with other
executives in your industry. Past meeting topics have included
how remote diagnostics can help suppliers learn more about
customers’ uses of their products and needs for other products and services, strategic advice on the challenges of leadership facing senior level service executives, and implementing a “Net promoter score” strategy to measure the organization’s performance through the eyes of its customers’ eyes.

ALSSA’s Spring Senior Executives Meeting is held semi-annually for
presidents and chief executives. As is our custom, we have invited a diverse
group of speakers to share their knowledge and strategic insights. In addition
to presentations from the investment community, customers and users, academia
and commercial suppliers, the meetings present senior executives from ALSSA
members with an opportunity to meet and establish high level relationships
with other members of the industry.
