ALSSA to Host Exclusive Program at LabAutomation2011

Invitation-Only Breakfast Planned for February 1

Alexandria, VA (October 20, 2010) – The Analytical & Life Science Systems Association (“ALSSA”) announced that it will host its second annual invitation-only breakfast meeting and program at the LabAutomation2011 Conference and Exhibition, to be held on January 29–February 2, at the Palm Springs Convention Center, in Palm Springs, California, USA. The ALSSA breakfast event will be held on Tuesday, February 1, for the presidents and senior executives of its member companies, many of whom will be attending and exhibiting their latest products and technologies at LabAutomation2011.

The ALSSA program will assess several recent developments and trends in laboratory automation technologies and applications and the strategic implications for users and suppliers. Featured speakers are expected to include senior level executives from customers and users from the pharma and food processing industries.

As part of its continuing high-level support for the Conference and Exhibition, ALSSA will again be an industry “Gold” sponsor, and also will host a box lunch for all conference attendees on February 1. Speaking on behalf of ALSSA, Mike Duff, President said: “We are delighted to again be a supporter and major sponsor of the LabAutomation Conference and Exhibition. Many of our ALSSA member companies, whose technologies help scientists and researchers to increase their productivity and improve performance, are exhibitors at this leading show and we continue to be impressed with the Conference’s growth and expansion into several important user areas.”
